Win for Wildlife Competition - Rules
  Win For Wildlife 2006 Competition Rules:

  1. Every person who enters this competition will be deemed to have read the rules, undertakes to be bound by them and agrees that all decisions by the judges will be final and that no correspondence will be entered into after the prizewinners have been announced.
  2. Every person who enters the competition indemnifies the organizers and their staff, the Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa (WESSA) and the sponsors, for any costs, damages or claims of whatsoever nature arising from the participation in or from the enjoyment of any prizes won in the competition.
  3. The Win for Wildlife competition is open to all persons who, qualify at law for ownership of these prizes, except for minors and paid employees of WESSA.
  4. Entries must be submitted on the official entry forms, which are available form WESSA head office or ticket sellers appointed by WESSA.
  5. WESSA may appoint ticket sellers. Ticket sellers shall be bound by these rules and must send completed and uncompleted official entry forms together with the appropriate monies collected, to WESSA head office at Win for Wildlife, Private Bag X0007, Howick, 3290, before the closing date.
  6. The closing date for the competition is 18 December 2006 and all entries must be received by this date to be included in the final draw, to take place on 20 December 2006. No late entries will be accepted. WESSA has the right to extend the deadline.
  7. The winners will be determined from the correctly completed entries received in accordance with the law pertaining to competitions of a similar nature.
  8. All winners hereby agree, if required, that they will appear on TV and /or be photographed and that WESSA and/or sponsors may use this material for publicity purposes for a period of two (2) years after the closing date of the competition.
  9. Provided that each winner has clearly filled in the entry form, he/she will be advised telephonically, and in writing, of the nature of his or her prize.
  10. Winners of prizes shall, on presentation thereof assume full responsibility for such prizes which includes any cost of installation, insurance, bank fees, etc. Prizes will be pre-selected and the winners shall have no choice therein. Holiday prizes shall be taken within the time period as required by the sponsor. No prizes shall be exchanged for cash unless so specified. Prizes can only be delivered or awarded in South Africa.
  11. The results will be published in the Sunday Times sometime during January 2007 . Results will also be published on the WESSA website: www.wessa.org.za .
