WESSA Living Green Expo 2008 - Exhibitor's Registration Form

WESSA Lowveld are delighted to welcome all Exhibitors to the first ever WESSA Living Green EXPO which is to be held at the Lowveld Showgrounds, Nelspruit (on the R40), from August 29 & 30 2008.

We have allowed a day on either side of the EXPO for exhibitors to set-up and dismantle their stalls thereby enabling them to devote all their energy to their stalls during the EXPO. Each stand has one plug point. Please bring your own adaptors, extension cords and/or extenda-plugs where necessary.

On receipt of your completed and signed Registration Form, you will receive a list of the stalls and stands which are still vacant in your selected size, and the cost of the stall. Stalls will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will be secured by payment in full to the WESSA Living Green EXPO. The plan of the showgrounds and stalls and stands as well as a map of how to find the showgrounds will also be on the website very shortly.

We are at pains to ensure that the Living Green EXPO maintains a very high standard and every stall holder will be asked to show their Green Credentials. For this reason we request that you take the utmost care with the completion of your Registration Form below. We regret that products that have not been registered with the Expo conveners , or are not in keeping with Living Green will not be admitted at the EXPO.

This EXPO aims to open the eyes of the public to the necessity of sustainability as well as to promote available options to build, renovate or maintain buildings in an environmentally sustainable way. We have some wonderful speakers lined up for the event, but would love to hear from you if you feel you have something you would like to share in this line, or alternatively if you know of someone who would help make a difference.
